Blog search listings

It seems like getting "discovered" will be every bit as difficult with blogs as it is with getting good results with a website, so now I'm feeling challenged!! I've learned quite a few "tricks", well maybe just a few good techniques for getting a good website listing on search engines, my website www.healthepath.com does very well on most search engines, www.msn.com and www.google.com and www.yahoo.com all show me on the top ten results!! So now it will be interesting to see what I can do with www.healthepath.blogspot.com ....

Learning Curve ahead..

I've already discovered a few things about blogging, such as the importance of adequately naming your blog to reflect both the source and usually the content. This should make it easier for potential bloggers to find (using a blog search) and respond to postings. My next step is to find ways to get my Healthepath blog indexed on search engines...

Day one...

Okay, Healthepath has finally jumped on the "Blogwagon", this is at least 5 years after I first read some of Seth Godin's writing about his "web-log", yes you guessed the infamous blog is a shortened version of that term. In fact I'm almost positive that Seth Godin might be considered the father of all BLOGS! I'm not sure how frequently I'll be posting, or if there will be other people posting as well... I've got a lot to learn about this whole process... stay tuned. - Terry
